U-KOMI has linked its system with "RakuRu Cart," an online store opening service provided by Yamato Transport Co.
1. Overview of Functions
U-KOMI, provided by Subspire Inc., is a highly functional review ASP service supported by many popular e-commerce sites, which allows you to display reviews and star ratings (5-star rating) on store pages. Other features include "posting reviews in review request emails (dynamic emails)," "proven acquisition rate improvement with our unique email delivery algorithm (usually around 1-21 TP3T → around 101 TP3T)," and "review data analysis (confirm CV and traffic changes). By posting reviews, we expect to give customers who are considering purchasing a product a sense of security and lead them to make a purchase.

(1) System integration with RakuRu Cart
When a merchant ships an item in the RakuRu Cart, the order data is linked to U-KOMI when the shipping notification e-mail is sent, and an e-mail requesting a review is automatically sent to the purchaser. This allows merchants to operate U-KOMI without any hassle.
Flow of displaying reviews when linking to a RakuRaku cart.
(1) Buyer orders products in the store on the RakuRu Cart.
When a merchant sends a shipping notification e-mail from the cart management screen upon product shipment, the order data is linked to U-KOMI.
(3) U-KOMI will send an automatic review request email to the purchaser.
A review form will be displayed in the mailer, so buyers can easily submit a review without opening other pages.
(4) Reviews posted by purchasers are displayed on the merchant's store screen.
