What is U-KOMI, UGC Review Marketing Tool?
Customer feedback is one of the most important elements of marketing.
U-KOMI is able to acquire an average of about 10% of reviews via e-mail, a tool that has achieved an acquisition rate about eight times higher than that of typical review collection tools.
Custom questions can now be set up to collect the feedback you want from users of your service.
Users can also ask questions about each product on the site, and Q&A content can be easily generated by answering those questions.

お客様の声を取得する事は、企業のマーケティング活動において非常に重要なファクターです。
既存のレビューマーケティングツールでは、お客さまが該当WEBサイトにログインしなければ書けなかったり、商品レビューをフィードバックするのに、アクションする工数が多く面倒でした。
よって配信メールからのレビュー取得率も1％前後と、レビューを集めるために事業者がポイントなどのマーケティングコストをかけないと、レビューが集まらないというのが現状でした。
